Who it is for

Intermediate mountain biking skills required. It is important to have successfully accomplished a MTB technical course, to have often biked on single trails and to have the will to experience difficult trails.

Cost €198,00 for the HERO Women’s Camp package (excluding travel costs and two nights’ accommodation)
Course content Basic position, biking on turns, braking in extreme conditions, steep climbs, overcoming uphill and downhill obstacles on mountain trails, steep steps, winding turns, small drops

Camp rules

Basic & Advanced levels

Bring your own bike and equipment:

  • Own bike (alternatively, one can be hired on the spot)
  • Tyres in good condition
  • Helmet
  • Gloves (long fingers gloves recommended)
  • Bike backpack
  • Water-flask or camelback
  • Bike glasses
  • Repair and first aid kit
  • Knees and elbow pads recommended (can be hired on the spot)
