Who it is for

Basic fitness level and biking skills required, the course will focus on developing biking techniques. Ideal for bikers who have never attended a biking technique course.

Cost €198,00 for the HERO Women’s Camp package (excluding travel costs and two nights’ accommodation)
Course content Basic position, biking on turns, braking, overcoming obstacles, countryside climbs and descents, first single trails, roots, rocks, uphill braking, conquer steep climbs, uphill biking, layered biking

Camp rules

Basic & Advanced levels

Bring your own bike and equipment:

  • Own bike (alternatively, one can be hired on the spot)
  • Tyres in good condition
  • Helmet
  • Gloves (long fingers gloves recommended)
  • Bike backpack
  • Water-flask or camelback
  • Bike glasses
  • Repair and first aid kit
  • Knees and elbow pads recommended (can be hired on the spot)
